When it comes to making your loan payment, it has never been easier. Simply text the word “pay” to 833-833-0993 to complete your payment. No need to call in. No need to mail your payment in. Just send a text… Yes, it is really THAT easy.

Quickly make your loan payment online using a debit/credit card or by linking your Dover Federal account using your account and routing number.

There is a convenience fee of $4.95 for this service.

Change Login Credentials

Need to update things? Your password or username can be changed from within the app. Simply navigate to Settings > Security and be sure to check the requirements.

Up-to-date balances without the need to login

Always wondering what your balance is? Turn on Quick Balance to get a glimpse at your accounts without the need to login. Turn this feature on in Settings > Quick Balance.

Person to Person Payments

Send money to someone in real time

You can send money to any other Dover Federal member in real time by using Transfer to Another Member under the Transfers menu in Online and Mobile Banking. You just need that persons account number, last name, the share ID of where you'd like the money to go.

Want to pay anyone? By using Bill Pay's Pay a Person feature, with just a name and a phone number or email address, you can send money to just about anyone.

CardValet

Control your cards

Take control of your debit and credit cards with the ability to lock your card, get purchase alerts, set spending limits with CardValet. You can also limit transactions by location, type of store, and transaction type, giving you control to block ATM or online transactions.
