There are several ways to become a member.

All branches except our Dover Air Force Base and Milford locations are open from 9AM - 12PM on Saturdays.
Debit cards can be printed at the branch at the time of account opening.
When not being printed at the branch by the convenience of instant issue, it will take approximately 7-10 business days for both a debit card or box of checks to arrive in the mail.

You can access your account using www.doverfcu.com, via our automated teller Maxine by calling 302-678-8000, from Dover Federal's mobile app or at your local ATM.
Loan payments can be made anytime of the day or night using our online payment program. Select a method of payment and to see the steps needed to complete it.

Business owners can accept debit or credit card payments through Dover Federal's partner, Total Merchant Concepts. The program makes it possible to accept electronic payments easy and affordable. To get started, call 1-888-249-9919.
There are three circumstances under which you will receive a dividend or interest tax form from the credit union:
- Savings/Checking: You will receive a 1099 form if dividends paid are over $10.00 for the year.
- Home Equity Loans: You will receive a 1098 form if interest charged is over $600.00 for the year.
- Individual Retirement Account (IRA): RMD IRA Form 5498 will be mailed out in May.
Once logged in to Online or Mobile Banking, select 'Statements' -> Choose your account and select 'VIEW' -> From the menu, select 'Tax Statements'
eStatements are a convenient and secure way to receive your statements. You can opt-in to eStatements and start receiving your statements digitally by following these instructions:
- Login to Online Banking
- Select 'Statements' from the menu
- Choose your account from the drop-down (some members have more than one)
- Select 'VIEW'
- Review the terms and conditions
- Enter your email address in the email field
- Select 'Accept' to agree to the terms
Starting with your next month's statements, you'll receive your documents digitally.
If you decide to switch back to paper statements (which include a monthly fee), you can opt-out of eStatements by following these instructions:
- Login to Online Banking
- Select 'Statements' from the menu
- Choose your account from the drop-down (some members have more than one)
- Select 'VIEW'
- Select 'Disclosures'
- Select the the last item in the list, "Opt-Out"
- Confirm by selecting "Opt-Out" again, and you will no longer receive electronic statements.
Starting with your statements for next month, you'll receive a paper document in the mail.
Need to find your account number and have access to Online Banking?
Follow these steps:
- Login to Online Banking
- Select one of your accounts, such as your Primary Share
- On mobile, select the ellipses symbol (...) in the upper right corner;
